• Proven Tenant coordination or Project Management skills, with experience of retail developments • Good understanding of commercial and financial principles; ability to view issues in terms of costs, profits, markets and added value • Experience in managing documentation flows • Good understanding of retailers needs and demands • Experience in multi-cultural and multi-lingual international working environment. • Bachelor degree and above
• Lead, manage and support external tenant coordination service providers. • Provide support to Sales & Leasing teams and MPs in regards to tenant coordination during on-boarding and off-boarding process, changes or relocation of existing tenants in thorough compliance with relevant standards and procedures. • Ensure MPs premises’ technical specifications are updated and available. • Monitor tenant’s project milestones in accordance with the lease. • Maintain updates to common standardised procedures, specifications and manuals relating to all Tenant coordination matters. • Support Leasing Teams during negotiations regarding technical documents, hand-over conditions and fit-out works. • Manage tenant contributions versus budget. • Works with Project Development Manager/Project Development Leader and Lease Administration on the delivery of tenant premises. • Make sure that lease exhibits as well as Lease Outline Drawings and related plans are updated and available. • Make sure that Tenants respect design and construction criteria. • Secure that on-board of Tenants fully respects internal safety & security requirements
