• Provide support to Sales & Leasing teams and MPs in regards to tenant coordination during on-boarding and off-boarding process, changes or relocation of existing tenants in thorough compliance with relevant standards and procedures • Together with MPs analyses tenant coordination process efficiency and gaps and proactively provides relevant inputs to improve the process to Lease Administration Manager • Ensure all required documentation is accurately stored and organized and can be promptly provided upon request • Ensure MPs premises’ technical specifications (such as lease premises technical cards etc.) is collected, stored following existing relevant guidelines and is provided in due time upon request • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders in MP, Domains, centres of expertise and other stakeholders to be able to get any needed relevant information required for reports, meetings or presentations related to tenant coordination • Prepare tenant coordination relevant materials, presentations and documentation requested by your Domain co-workers in a thorough and well-organized manner to ensure the data presented or reported appears in a structured, clear and professional way.
