•Minimum 5 years of experience in office leasing •Successful track record of leading negotiations with high level stakeholders •Able to conduct market studies and closely monitor the changes of the market.•Competence in set up the leasing strategy from zero •Rich experience in managing the daily leasing routines and activities. •Experiences in working for large developers and working for office leasing project in Changning district, or Hongqiao transportation hub CBD areas is a plus. •A very solid common sense and an easy communicator, values oriented, willing to share and involve stakeholders and not play a one man show. •Excellent English skills both in oral and written.
•Responsible to lease office premises in line with the offer defined by MU, tenant mix, and market needs to secure short-term and long-term asset development •Initiate the leasing plan, develop the detailed leasing strategies, including detailed rental strategy, leasing speed control, etc. •Support to negotiate the most favorable conditions for the office by preparing a clear feasibility study, negotiations strategy, and legal documents to achieve short-term and long-term MU objectives•Consistently monitor the market changes and update the leasing strategy and support to get approval. •Support to monitor the consultant’s performance throughout the whole leasing process, execute the daily leasing activities. •Take lead in securing the coordination among the tenant, TC/operation, to ensure the smooth hand over process •Support to review and provide feedbacks to the marketing strategy and deliverables of marketing consultants. •Support to establish and maintain government relationships.•Consistently improve tenants’ satisfaction and loyalty.
