As one of the key contributors of the digital channels organization, the Data Analyst is tasked to provide the strong business insight and data analysis around IKEA’s digital channels strategy on China’s digital channels business, etc. and create seamless omni-channel shopping experience for our customers.


• Responsible for collecting and analyzing business data to perform industry research and derive answers and insights on business questions
• Leverage data assets by data collection and processing, to provide day-to-day meaningful and actionable strategic and operational insights
• Be responsible for the operation dashboard management including traffic analysis, customer segmentation, membership, range, product pattern and create the operational strategy and execution plan.
• Be responsible for our digital channel’s campaigns big activation analysis and review and generate the valuable learning and action plan
• Run solid industry and competitor tracking around our business to optimize strategy and operations.
• Take lead of the e-CRM campaign and lifecycle campaign with smart segmentation strategy to improve the online customer loyalty and quality.
• Share digital channels organizations data insight with commercial team or the other cross functional team to increase business performance
• Take lead of the databank and strategy centre activities and generate the data insights to the media team and digital channels operations team
• Track, monitor and report the day to day digital channels performance, provide improvement plan based on data analysis
• Promote, actively engage and share the responsibility in the delivery of the Ingka sustainability, People & Planet Positive, Strategy to enable the ongoing transformation and growth of the IKEA business
