WHO YOU ARE

'- You're ready to take part in this new IKEA adventure in a unique city centre store, mainly dedicated to accessories and decoration.
- You have a passion for people and their wellbeing and understand the impact of optimizing an employee planning process on the operation of a store.
- You are rigorous and perseverant, and you are used to working with deadlines, even in a hurry.
- You are comfortable with digital tools (Excel intermediate level required), you are autonomous and you are willing to take initiative and responsibilities.
- You have good written and oral skills in French and you communicate clearly and confidently.
- You have a previous experience in staff planning or in a customer-oriented service job, preferably in sales.
- Ability to communicate in English is a plus.
- You should be able to express yourself in French (spoken and written).

A DAY IN YOUR LIFE WITH US

'- Working alongside the People & Culture Manager and with the support of Business Navigation in the Service Office, your role is to publish staff schedules in a timely manner while constantly seeking to optimize planning in relation to store activity.
- You will be responsible for the implementation of the staff planning strategy in accordance with national principles, guidelines and agreements as well as labour legislation.
- You will be responsible for the administration and management of the schedules. You will identify areas for improvement and report any discrepancies to the People & Culture Manager.
- You will be responsible for the development and implementation of the company's human resources policies and process, and will be responsible for the development and implementation of the company's human resources policies and procedures.
- You will be responsible for the development and implementation of the company's strategy, including the development and implementation of the company's business plan and the management of the company's human resource management system.
- You work with HR to define recruitment needs and contract types to ensure the smooth operation of the unit and excellent service to our clients.
