• Double check the original documents and deal with related accounts according to the financial relegation, • Improve the process of accounts receivable, assist related departments to manage AR, reduce bad debts and accelerate the recovery of debts • Communicate with business department and tenant about the account receivable work. As a temporary agent when the financial manager is unable to work. • Ensure that the data between billing system and financial system is correct, complete and consistent. • Handle the invoice issuing and other related work according to the local accounting GAAP and ICC financial system, • Follow up the collection of overdue accounts receivable • Keep improving working procedure and efficiency • Finish other tasks/projects assigned by team leader.
