For this role you should have a strong leadership and communication skills with ability to lead and influence. You are also expected to have proven analytical skills combined with an ability to communicate figures in an understandable and inspiring way. You also have a proven track record in delivering under time pressure as well as high proficiency in spoken and written English. To a high degree you also have a good understanding of data science, new technologies, analytics and their wide ranging application in business context. You are also expected to have 5+ years’ experience from business navigation or business controlling working with commercial and/or financial processes, in particular retail or procurement areas. Preferably you also have experience in a larger international structure.
In your role you will be a pro-active speaking partner in strategic and operational development within one of our four procurement category areas. You will be a partner who will work and navigate in a multi-dimensional view of the business, connecting the needs in the organisation with a view of the profit & loss. You will be responsible for the analysis and insights in the assigned area of competence, working closely with key stakeholders to get holistic analyses and relevant recommendations.
Together with your colleagues in the Business Navigation team, Business Navigators and Business Analysts you will also continually improve ways of measuring, strategic and operational development and steering of the business performance.
As a Business Navigator you will:
Co-ordinate and work with KPI/PI owners to secure delivery of overall potential identified.
Provide ways of working, tools and methods for business navigation in a multichannel and global environment
Provide insights and ideas to the development of business opportunities, new technologies and innovations and promote the use of business case thinking.
Drive projects and business initiatives forwards from a broad business navigation point of view.
Support, inspire and challenge colleagues in the team to identify and evaluate business opportunities, improve ways of working, simplify and improve cost.
Support and maintain an effective connection with and between Ingka businesses, business owners, group functions and process teams within the Ingka Group.
Be experienced in SAP Procurement tools (beneficial)
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
