In the role as People & Culture Administrator you provide administrative support to Ingka Centres co-workers, aligning and translating local IKEA Retail initiatives and include it in Ingka Centres People agenda in the country.

• You know the IKEA brand, culture and values, reflecting what IKEA stands for and its values;
• You are people-focused and will use your strong communication skills to foster strong trustful relationships with co-workers and internal and/or external stakeholders;
• You handle personal and confidential information with great care;
• You enjoy problem-solving and actively follow up on outstanding issues/topics;
• You are passionate about data accuracy and attention to detail;
• You have written and spoken Portuguese and English skills.

A day in your life with us

• Be the first point of contact for Ingka Centres co-workers regarding day-to-day matters such as P&C initiatives, systems and personal documentation.
• Collaborate closely with P&C functions in IKEA Retail and Ingka Centres to secure specific knowledge and tools, as well as align on local processes and best practices, creating a seamless co-worker experience no matter which Ingka company our co-workers are.
• Execute P&C administrative tasks including e.g., people data compiling and administration, timekeeping and payroll, ensuring its legal compliance and delivery quality.
• Be the first point of contact for Ingka Centres co-workers regarding day-to-day matters such as P&C initiatives, systems and personal documentation.
• Collaborate closely with P&C functions in IKEA Retail and Ingka Centres to secure specific knowledge and tools, as well as align on local processes and best practices, creating a seamless co-worker experience no matter which Ingka company our co-workers are.
• Execute P&C administrative tasks including e.g., people data compiling and administration, timekeeping and payroll, ensuring its legal compliance and delivery quality.
• Ensure that Ingka Centres co-workers are included in all local P&C initiatives including onboarding, benefits offer, health & wellbeing initiatives, as well as the learning offer available in the country.
