About the job
As a Cybersecurity Specialist for Digital Workplace you will strongly contribute to make IKEA a great and cybersafe place to work. You participate in the delivery of cybersecurity measures and practices to support business solutions and you are the functional expert for Office 365, Identity and Access Management and Device and Software Management.
Keep all controls, policies and procedures up to date based on industry standards and building a mentality of continuous improvement
Cooperate with peers and the cybersecurity community across Inter IKEA Group to establish an overall collaborative working relationship, creates buy-in and a robust basis for stakeholder decisions
Monitor, govern and validate security maturity level of key suppliers
Maintain solution management processes and perform administrative flows for the assigned Business Solutions (Office 365, IAM and device and software management)
Create training plans and development of learning and communication content
