• Deep knowledge relevant to area of responsibility of Legislative and regulatory legal acts of the country, methodological documents and standards in the field of document support and translations
• Good understanding of composition of the company's local regulatory acts, distribution of functions and activities between business units of the company, including documents creation areas
• Excellent knowledge in functioning of information systems for documents support for management
• Good knowledge of fundamentals of economics, organisation of production, labour and management
• Excellent knowledge in analytics
• Good technology and architecture understanding
of the documents management area
• Deep knowledge of agile development practices
and/or IT/Technology service management
• University education, preferably IT area or similar
• Minimum 5 years of experience in systems administration area
• Strong understanding of the business and legal challenges that impact the industry/market
• Strong drafting and analytical skills with ability to meet deadlines in strict timelines
• Good level of interpersonal skills and ability to handle sensitive and confidential situations
• English – advanced level
• PC – advanced user


• Responsible for the quality of delivery of contracted services, securing the prompt mitigation of service failures in frames of documents management digital solutions to ensure sustainable environment
• Secure that enhancements and maintenance are assessed for impact and risk, prioritized, approved and scheduled for release to ensure the outcomes are met
• Coordinate and secure that changes to the service are reviewed and approved by business end users, implemented, communicated to suppliers and built into contracts as required to apply the best practices
• Plan, drive, deliver and perform project reporting of assigned projects, including time, cost, scope, key milestones updates and content for measuring and following up project quality and performance to set expectations and prioritisations
• Proactively promote, lead, steer and drive continuous improvements and innovation to the documents management systems and tools in order to ensure that outcomes are met
• Drive the collection of requirements and stakeholder/consumer feedback in order to ensure high quality input
• Secure a relevant strategy for documents management digital solutions based on user needs, latest technologies and best practices to give input to the roadmap and the operational model
• Responsible for translation of business requirements into operational models, technical conditions and dashboards
visualisation to digital providers and to organisation to set expectations and prioritization
• Design documents management solutions together with system architects and relevant stakeholders across functions to help produce all required design specifications and ensure that solutions are synchronized and fulfil business needs
• Deliver tests, performance analysis, configuration management and create functional/feature specifications to improve the documents management digital solutions delivery
• Ensure that typical system administration activities are carried out smoothly in accordance with the policies and the agreed collaboration rules to ensure risk controls and proper deliveries
