管理并降低荟聚中心日常运营中消防相关的风险；
1.负责消防专员的日常排班，工作质量及相关业务培训及考核；
2.负责对接FM消防工程师，持续督促消防设施设备的检测，维保维修和日常管理；
3.负责指导团队员工和第三方保安队员消防技能达标与提升；
4.负责各消防风险事件的登记及事故调查，并持续跟进各消防风险事件直至有效关闭；；
5.负责IKEA Blue/I contral/SS REVIEW等审核的消防相关工作，持续跟进问题整改；
6.负责与TC紧密合作，基于法律法规及公司要求，负责租户安全有关的装修审图、隐蔽验收和竣工验收及尾项持续跟进；
7.负责荟聚各类消防检查工作，包括二装及局部改造期间的安全检查，建立并维护相关工作记录；
8.负责制定租户和供应商消防培训计划并组织实施包括消防演习,各类应急代码等日常培训；
9.负责地方消防部门日常具体工作对接与沟通；
